Avocado cream stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 500-700 g button mushrooms
- 2-3 avocados
- 1 bunch fresh coriander
- 1 chili pepper
- a half onion
- lime juice
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
Use a hand blender to cream the avocado, the coriander, the chili, the diced onion and lime juice.
Prepare the mushrooms: remove the stem, and steam both sides of the caps in slightly salty water for 3-4 minutes. Fill the mushroom caps with the cream.
