Avocado mushroom salad with prawns
Ingredients:
- button mushroom
- avocado
- prawns
- garlic
- herbs
- fresh lettuce
- olive oil, salt and pepper
Preparation:
Put the quartered button mushroom and the cleaned prawns in a spicy garlic and olive oil marinade. Roast them in a heated pan for a few minutes.
Serve with fresh green salad and diced avocado and eat immediately. Serve with yogurt or mayonnaise sauce to taste.
