Baked mushroom caps in smoked ham

Ingredients:

  • 1000 g larger mushrooms
  • 200 g Parma di prosciutto
  • 200 g grated cheese
  • 2 bunches spring onions

Preparation:
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stem. Put the grated cheese into the mushrooms’ caps then wrap them with the ham. In a preheated 200° C oven bake them crunchy.

Serve with mashed potatoes and put some chopped spring onion on it.
