Buddha-bowl with vegan mixed mushroom sauce and cauliflower rice


  • cauliflour rice
  • mixed mushroom sauce

For the cauliflower rice, break the cauliflower into as few roses as possible and finely chopped in afood processor. Put in a pan, , sprinkle with salt, peper and garlic powder and simmer in a little oil and a little water until soft, then fry until crisp in 15 minutes.

For the sauce, steam the sliced mushrooms in a little oil, salt and pepper. Add the cream mixed with the flour, then the chopped garlic and bring to boil. Sprinkle with chopped green spices and place in a small bowl.

Place the mushroom sauce in the middle of a plate in the desired amount, then stack around it with fresh, striped vegetables, cauliflower rice and bread dumpling slices.
