Cauliflower rice with vegan mushroom sauce

Beef burger with mushroom


  • 600-800 g mixed mushrooms (white button mushroom, chestnut mushroom, oyster mushroom, shiitake)
  • 500 g cauliflower
  • 150 ml rice cream
  • 3 teaspoons flour
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • garlic powder
  • coriander
  • oil, salt and pepper

Break the cauliflower into small rosettes and finely chopped in a food processor. Put in a pan with , salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Simmer in a little oil with a little water until soft, then fry until crisp , about 15 minutes.

For the sauce, steam the sliced mushrooms in a little oil, salt and pepper. Add the cream mixed with the flour, then the chopped garlic and bring to boil. Sprinkle with chopped green spices and serve with cauliflower rice.
