Creamy chicken with mushrooms and vegetables


  • 300 g sliced button mushrooms
  • 100 g shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 whole chicken breast
  • 1 small courgette
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • rice cream
  • olive oil, salt and pepper

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips, season with salt and pepper, then fry in a little oil. Add the carrot slices and continue to fry, then add the sliced mushrooms.

Cook for a few more minutes, then add the crushed garlic. Season with salt and pepper and finally add the courgette.
Stir in the rice cream and allow to heat through. Delicious by itself, this also makes a satisfying meal served on bed of steamed rice.
