Creamy mushroom and onion sauce
- 300 g mixed mushrooms (chestnut mushroom, oyster mushroom, shiitake)
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 spring onion
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 large clove of garlic
- olive oil, salt and pepper
Put the diced onions and sliced carrots in a heated hot pan over a little oil. After 3-4 minutes, add the mushrooms cut into slices, then salt, pepper and simmer.
Add the whipping cream and flour, then the crushed garlic and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with chopped parsley just before serving.
Serve with cooked pasta.
