Fried liver with mushrooms and vegetables
Ingredients:
- 6 king oyster mushrooms
- 500 g chicken liver
- 200 g green asparagus
- 200 g green peas
- 0.5 kg potatoes
- a little flour
- oil, salt and pepper
Preparation:
Dredge the liver in flour, then fry in hot oil. Add salt only after cooking.
Steam the green peas and sauté the asparagus. Boil the potatoes whole, then fry in a pan with a little oil.
Wash the mushrooms, slice horizontally, season with salt and pepper, then cook in a little oil.
A tasty and satisfying weekend lunch.
