Fried mushroom omelette
- 100 g chestnut and white button mushrooms
- small piece of smoked sausage
- chopped bacon
- 2 eggs
Fry the chopped bacon, then add the sausage and mushroom slices.
Fry, then pour over the beaten eggs. Leave to cook, then sprinkle with chopped chives.
Serve immediately. A tasty and nutritious weekend breakfast!
