Fried mushroom omelette

Ingredients:

  • 100 g chestnut and white button mushrooms
  • small piece of smoked sausage
  • chopped bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • chives

Preparation:
Fry the chopped bacon, then add the sausage and mushroom slices.

Fry, then pour over the beaten eggs. Leave to cook, then sprinkle with chopped chives.

Serve immediately. A tasty and nutritious weekend breakfast!
