Grilled lamb ribs with assorted mushrooms
- 600-800 g mixed mushrooms (oyster mushroom, shiitake, white and brown button mushroom)
- 1000 g lamb chop
- 4 heads of garlic
- 3 tablespoons rosemary
- grape seed oil, salt and pepper
Make a marinade from oil, salt, pepper, crushed garlic and finely chopped rosemary. Marinate the meat overnight.
The next day place the marinated meat on your grilling appliance and turn the lamb chop every 10 minutes to let both sides to be grilled. In the last five minutes, add the mushrooms too and turn them so that each side is grilled
