Grilled Portobello with steak
- 4-5 filet mignons
- 8 Portobello mushrooms
- olive oil, salt and pepper
Marinate the meat overnight in a mixture of salt, pepper, oil and rosemary.
Sear the meat in a hot pan with a little oil, then continue to fry as desired (medium or well done). Remove from the pan and set to one side to rest.
Leave some of the mushrooms whole, thickly slice the rest, season with salt, pepper and garlic, and sauté in the same pan as the steak.
