King oyster mushroom stir-fry


  • 100 g shiitake mushrooms
  • 4–5 king oyster mushrooms
  • 2 courgettes
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 500 g peeled prawns
  • 2–3 cloves of garlic
  • ground ginger
  • coriander, dill
  • salt and pepper, oil

Fry the sliced mushrooms in a hot pan. Season with ground ginger, some of the crushed garlic, and salt and pepper.
Cut the vegetables into thin strips. Once the mushrooms have browned, add the vegetables to the pan and fry for 5 minutes.

In a separate pan, fry the cleaned prawns until golden brown. Season with salt and the remaining crushed garlic and sprinkle with chopped coriander and dill at the very end.

A delicious and healthy Asian dish that takes just 20 minutes to prepare.
