Marinated mushroom skewers with fresh salad


For the skewers:

  • 500 g chestnut mushrooms (smaller heads)
  • garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper

For the salad:

  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 200-300 ml of plain yogurt
  • dill, garlic

Half the chestnut mushrooms and make the skewers. Make a marinade of garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, put the skewers into it and grill in a pan or grill plate.

Mix the salad leaves with the other chopped ingredients. Put the chopped dill and the crushed garlic in the yogurt, then pour over the salad and mix gently. Serve immediately.
