Mushroom and beef croquettes

Ingredients:

  • 500 g button mushroom
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 egg
  • chopped wild garlic or spring onion
  • breadcrumbs
  • oil, salt and pepper

Preparation:
Add finely chopped raw button mushrooms.

Stir in the eggs and onions, season with salt and pepper. Add enough breadcrumbs to absorb the moisture.

After forming the croquettes roll in breadcrumbs again and deep fry in oil.
