Mushroom and potato casserole


  • 1000 g button mushrooms
  • 1000 g potatoes
  • 5-6 tomatoes
  • 600 g minced pork
  • 1-2 smaller courgettes
  • 300 g cheese
  • 1 onion
  • sweet paprika
  • oil, sal tand pepper

Steam or boil the potatoes in their skins. Slice when cooled. Fry the minced meat and onions, season with sweet paprika, salt and pepper.

Fry the sliced mushrooms and courgettes separately in a little oil. Take a buttered ovenproof dish 20 x 30 cm and layer the ingredients. First the potatoes, then the mince, then the mushrooms and courgette slices.

Grate cheese over the top and finish with a layer of tomato rings.

Bake until golden brown at 200 °C. As all the ingredients are already cooked, it is enough to bake the dish until the cheese becomes golden brown.
