Mushroom and potato salad
Ingredients:
- 500 g button mushroom
- 500 g potato
For the salad dressing:
- 100 ml olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustar
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 onion
- olive oil, salt and pepper
Preparation:
Combine the salad dressing ingredients in a maison jar and shake well. Add a little water if necessary. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the mushrooms already cooked in boiling water and the cooked and thinly sliced potatoes. Mix carefully and leave to rest. Taste before serving and add more salt and pepper if necessary.
