Mushroom and spinach pie
- white button mushrooms
- 1 packet of puff pastry
- plain tomato sauce
- wild garlic
- goat cheese
- salt and pepper, olive oil
Line a baking sheet with the puff pastry, spread with the tomato sauce, then top with the chopped wild garlic and slices of raw mushroom.
Sprinkle with oregano and olive oil and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
While still hot from the oven, crumble goat cheese over the top, then serve straight away.
