Baby mushroom and tomato salad
Ingredients:
- 500 g baby white button mushrooms
- 200 g of cherry tomatoes
- 2 lemon juice
- 1 bunch of mint
- olive oil, salt and pepper
Preparation:
Wash and cut in half the mushrooms and tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, olive oil and chopped mint.
Excellent salad for grilled meats!
