Mushroom blended burger
Mushroom bruschetta
Ingredients:
- 200 g button mushrooms
- 400 g ground beef
- 6 hamburger buns
- salt
- fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber)
- mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard
Preparation:
Finely dice mushrooms. Warm a tablespoon olive oil in a non-stick pan and add mushrooms. Saute them for 5 to 7 minutes or until they are golden brown. Let is cool, then add the to the ground beef, season with salt and mix them until they get are combined. Form 6 patties and roast them either in a pot or grill them in the griller.
Warm the buns, put the blended burgers into them with the sliced vegetables and add the desired toppings.
