Mushroom breakfast
Ingredients:
- 2 grill white button mushrooms
- 1 tomato
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons green pesto
- grated Parmesan
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cut the mushrooms in half horizontally and slice the tomato.
Fry the chopped garlic in a heated pan with some oil, then crush on the bread slices.
In the same oil, bake both side of the mushroom and tomato slices for 1-1 minutes.
Put the pesto on the bread then the mushroom and tomato slices.
To finish the breakfast, sprinkle with some parmesan cheese.
