Mushroom, cabbage and sausage one-pot meal


  • 300–400 g chestnut mushrooms
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 2–3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 teaspoons of ground paprika
  • half a smoked sausage
  • half a small Savoy cabbage
  • sour cream to taste

Sauté the finely chopped onion in a little oil, then add the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper and simmer until cooked, adding a little liquid. Sprinkle over the ground paprika, then add the cabbage and mushrooms cut into strips along with the sliced sausage. Allow to soften, then serve topped with sour cream.

A quick and warming one-pot meal.
