Gombas carbonara

Mushroom carbonara


  • 500 g of small mushrooms
  • 4-5 slices of bacon
  • 100 ml cream
  • cheese
  • garlic
  • 250 g of pasta

Fry the diced bacon, take out, set aside. In the same pan, sauteé the quartered mushrooms and season with salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Add the cooking cream and the grated cheese, then the bacon. Gently swirl with the cooked pasta and consume inmediately.
