Piritott gombas szendo

Mushrooms on toast

Ingredients:

  • 500 g baby button mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • garlic
  • slices of toast
  • feta cheese, cubed
  • oil, salt and pepper

For the tomato salsa:

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 onion
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • coriander
  • salt
  • chili

Preparation:
Wash the mushrooms and fry in a little oil. Once the liquid has cooked off, add the soy sauce and honey and allow to caramelise.

To make the tomato salsa, finely dice the tomatoes, avocados and onion. Season with salt and chili and sprinkle with the chopped coriander and lemon juice.

Rub the slices of toast with garlic, top with the fried mushrooms and serve with the salsa.

A light and tasty summer meal.
