Oyster mushroom gyros


  • 500 g oyster mushrooms
  • gyros spice mix
  • fresh seasonal vegetables to taste (iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, etc.)
  • tortilla wraps
  • oil, salt and pepper

For the tzatziki:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 400 ml plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic

Sauté the sliced oyster mushrooms in a little oil. Add the gyros spice mixture and fry until the mushrooms are seared.

To make the tzatziki, either cut the cucumber into julienne strips or grate it, then stir it into the Greek yogurt with the crushed garlic and season with salt.

Grill the folded tortilla wraps, then fill with the oyster mushrooms, lettuce, tomato and tzatziki.
