Oyster mushroom on toast with avocado salsa
Ingredients:
- 300 g oyster mushrooms
- garlic toast
For the salsa:
- 1 avocado
- 5 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander
- juice of 2 limes
- salt
Preparation:
Grill the cleaned oyster mushrooms on both sides and arrange on top of the toast.
To make the salsa, dice the avocado and peeled tomatoes, then stir in the chopped coriander, season with salt and sprinkle with lime juice.
A super light summer dinner!
