Portobello burger

Ingredients:

  • 1 portobello mushroom
  • 1 meat patty
  • salad to taste (e.g., lettuce, onion, cucumber, tomato)
  • roasted diced pumpkin
  • oil, salt and pepper

Preparation:
Fry the burger patties and set aside.

Cut the portobello mushrooms in half horizontally, season with salt and pepper and fry on both sides in a little oil in the same pan that you used to fry the meat.

Wash the salad and slice the onion, cucumber, and tomato.

Using the mushrooms as burger buns, place the meat patty on one half, top with salad, then place the other mushroom half on top. Rather than chips, go for the healthier option of diced roast pumpkin.
