Portobello filled with lentils
Ingredients:
- 8 Portobello mushrooms
- 350 g drained and cooked lentils
- 2 big tomatoes
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- coriander
- oil, salt and pepper
Preparation:
Fill the portobello mushrooms with a mixture of lentils, chopped tomatoes, spring onions and coriander. Bake at 200 degrees for approx. 15 minutes.
