Puff pastry with mushrooms
- 250 g white button mushroom
- 1 packet of puff pastry
- 200 ml sour cream
- cooked ham
- cooked carrots and white asparagus
- spring onion
Line a baking tin with the puff pastry and spread with sour cream.
Sprinkle with chopped dill and arrange the sliced spring onion, tender carrots and asparagus, ham and mushroom slices on top.
Cook at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
