Roasted mushroom with Romaine lettuce
- 500 g button mushrooms
- a small piece of ginger
- sweet chilli sauce
- 1 Romaine lettuce
- sesame oil, salt and pepper
Cut the mushrooms into four pieces and saute in sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper, add the diced ginger and the sweet chilli sauce.
Mix them and add the finely chopped coriander at the very end. Put the mix on the washed Romaine lettuce leaves. Serve immediately!
