Roasted mushrooms with cauliflower noodles
- 500 g button mushrooms
- 1 small cauliflower, broken into florets
- 200-300 ml passata
- fresh basil
- oil, salt and pepper
Briefly steam the cauliflower florets, then fry in a little oil. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and crushed garlic. Add the sliced or quartered mushrooms and continue to fry. Finally, add the passata and fresh basil.
A healthy winter dinner that is quick and easy to prepare.
