Shiitake and king oyster mushroom stir-fry
- 100 g shiitake mushrooms
- 3 king oyster mushrooms
- teriyaki sauce
- white cabbage
- bell pepper
- oil, salt and pepper
Slice the mushrooms and fry in a little oil. Add the finely shredded cabbage and sprinkle with teriyaki sauce. After 5 to 8 minutes, add the pepper and courgette cut into thin strips.
Cook for a further 2 to 3 minutes then remove from the heat.
Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve immediately with boiled rice.
