Spaghetti with fried mushrooms and tomatoes
- cooked spaghetti
- tinned tomatoes
- feta cheese
- oil, salt and pepper
If you have pasta to use up, grab a tin of tomatoes from the larder and a handful of mushrooms from the fridge and turn the leftovers into a treat!
Fry the mushrooms in a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Leave to cook until nice and golden. Combine the tomatoes and spaghetti, top with the fried mushrooms and eat at once. Delicious with diced feta cheese.
Tip: To avoid food waste, always keep some mushrooms handy. They’ll transform your leftovers into flavoursome meals.
