Spicy mushrooms with broccoli and carrot
Spicy assorted mushrooms with broccoli and carrot strips
- 500-700 g mixed mushrooms (white and brown button mushroom, oyster mushroom)
- 3 carrots
- 400 g broccoli
- 2-3 tablespoons spicy chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2-3 tablespoons sesame seed
- sesame oil, salt and pepper
Cut the broccoli into small pieces, the carrots into strips and slice the mushrooms. Sauté them all thoroughly in sesame oil. Add salt and pepper, sprinkle with chilli sauce and soy sauce.
Stir constantly while cooking for an additional few minutes, but not for too long so the vegetables stay crisp. Sprinkle with sesame seeds at the end.
Serve and eat immediately. It can be served with curry rice.
