Tarragon mushroom snack with olives

Ingredients:

  • 500 g baby chestnut mushrooms
  • 200 g of black and green olives
  • lemon
  • tarragon
  • olive oil, salt

Preparation:
Fry the mushrooms (whole caps) in a little oil, then add the olives, the chopped tarragon and the lemon juice.
Fill into a mason jar and use in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
