Trikolor salata

Tricolour salad


  • white button mushrooms
  • baby spinach leaves
  • strawberries
  • courgette
  • fennel
  • radish sprouts
  • olive oil
  • sweet balsamic vinegar

Thinly slice the raw mushrooms, chop the vegetables into small pieces and quarter the strawberries. Pile all the ingredients into a bowl, then drizzle with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately.
