Grilled chicken breast with portobello mushroom, tomato and cheddar cheese

- broccoli sprouts
Grill the chicken breast slices and the finger – thick portobello mushrooms.
Place the meat in a heat-resistant bowl, top with a slice of mushroom, a tomato ring and cheese slices and fry in a 200 degree oven.
Serve on a bed of broccoli sprouts.
