Red tuna and mushroom skewers
- 500-600 g button mushroom
- 500-600 g raw red tuna
- fresh lamb’s lettuce
- salt and pepper
Cut the mushrooms into four pieces, cut the tuna into small cubes similar to the mushrooms.
Pull them on the skewers, sprinkle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and grill for a few minutes.
Serve with fresh lamb’s lettuce!
