Chicken breast with oyster mushroom and green pesto
- 600 g sliced oyster mushrooms
- 1-1,5 sliced chicken breast fillets
- 2 tablespoons green pesto
- pasta (fusilli, penne, farfalle)
- oil, salt and pepper
Fry the oyster mushroom in some oil, remove and set aside.
Fry the chicken breast on the remaining fat, then put the mushrooms back and add the green pesto.
Gently mix with the cooked pasta and serve with parmesan cheese.
