Beef burger with mushroom
- 500-600 g oyster mushrooms
- 1 grill cheese per person
- 2 zucchinis
- For the marinade: olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, green herbs
Divide the oyster mushrooms into leaves and slice the zucchini. Mix the marinade ingredients.
Sprinkle the mushrooms and zucchini with the marinade and place them on the grill. Grill them with the cheese for a few minutes until done. Serve immediately.
