Mixed mushroom cannelloni
- 600 g mixed mushrooms (button, king oyster, oyster and shiitake)
- 200 g cannelloni
- 200 ml cream
- 2–3 cloves of garlic
- fresh herbs
- oil, salt and pepper
Cook the pasta and cut each tube into three.
Rinse the mushrooms under running water then dice and season with salt and pepper. Fry in a little oil, then add the cream and heat through.
Sprinkle the sauce with the chopped herbs then pour over the cooked pasta and serve immediately.
A filling meal that’s quick to prepare and flavourful without fail.
