Roasted mushrooms garnish

Ingredients:

  • 500 g mixed mushrooms (oyster mushroom, yellow oyster mushroom, Pioppino)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red onions
  • 1 spring onions
  • some parsley
  • oil, salt and pepper

Preparation:
Fry the onions in a little oil, add the sliced carrots and chopped mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper and garlic.

Fry them and sprinkle with chopped parsley. We can also serve it with toast and pasta!
